| Description | In the present paper, the author deals with the issues of determining identity and electronic identification from the perspective of transactions carried out through smart contracts and whether this determination is sufficient to ensure one of the basic values of the democratic rule of law, i.e. to ensure a fair, ideally undeformed environment of competition. |
