Description | This text is focused on the research of self-efficacy. The group consisted of pre-service teachers in full-time and part-time study at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno. This quantitative research was carried out through our own research tool—self-efficacy scale. The research tool was created on the basis of the Global Teachers’ Key Competences Framework (TKCOM, 2018) and examines self-efficacy in two dimensions, the ?Inclusion” and the ?Class Management—Support”. The research tool constructed in this way proved to be reliable. The results point to differences in the subjectively perceived pedagog- ical abilities of respondents based on the form of study, length of pedagogical practice, but also between fields of study. |
