Description | The paper will show how to effectively use other sources of information than professional publications in designing university courses in order to prepare students for real work-life challenges that lay ahead of them. We will focus on the project BeIN (Barriers in Inclusion and How to Overcome Them – Implementation in the Case of the Czech Republic) financed by the Technological Agency of the Czech Republic, which uses innovative methods for developing university and lifelong learning (LLL) tools. The ultimate objective of the project was to collect good practices regarding building inclusive climate from senior teachers and use it to create an online learning tool for other practitioners including principals and other managing staff (the Best Practice Summary), e-learning course for student teachers (Guide for Beginner Teachers) and develop methodology for organising teacher meeting platforms for good practices exchange. We will introduce all aspects of the project: cooperation with schools, data collection and senior teacher consultations, as well as designing the Summary, e-learning course and the best practice exchange platforms methodology. |
