| Description | The project aims to create a teaching material that will serve students for a perfect understanding of the issues of patients medicated by warfarin in the context of the provision of pharmaceutical care. The project outputs applicable to teaching are as follows: 1) a pdf file (suitable for printing) containing all relevant information on the provision of pharmaceutical care in a warfarin patient, 2) case reports of patients with a complete solution, suitable for teaching and illustration of a suitable method of solution at the seminar, 3) summation of all relevant data regarding warfarin and its correct use by patients in the form of educational material for warfarin patients (information leaflet), suitable subsequently also for printing a brochure. The created teaching support serves as study material for the subject Pharmaceutical Care II. and Risk Management in Pharmacotherapy. |
