| Description | The course of the long-term discussion on the form of appeal for the futuro demonstrates the difficulty of finding an optimal, generally acceptable concept of admissibility. Amended wording of the proposal for substantive intent of the Civil Code of Court, which in deciding on the admissibility of the appeal, and thus in the process of unifying jurisprudence involving appeal courts is an appropriate starting point. |
