| Description | The Hunting Act contains provisions on the obligation to compensate for damage caused by game. In the case of a hunting discrict user, the legislator set the rules more strictly than would be necessary from the point of view of constitutionality. In the case of damage caused by wildlife escaping from a field for which its user is responsible, the issue of the relationship to the general regulation contained in the Civil Code has not yet been reliably resolved. |
