• Description: Thrombosis can be one of the earliest manifestations of an occult malignancy. Thrombotic events in cancer patient manifest commonly as deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism and in less common sites, like veins of cerebral circulation. Here we describe a case of carcinoma larynx presenting as cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT).
