Description | The author of the present article analyzes on the example of synthetic subjects, i. e. World Literature and The Comparative Study of Slavonic Literatures the place and position od religious and directly Christian texts demonstrating a completely unsatisfactory knowledge of corresponding languages and the wrong structure of continuity of subjects. He manifests the fact that the problem does not consist so much in the knowledge of medieval texts, but it is a consequence of the unfinished secularization or the secularization which was made problematic. So the sacral texts return also in modern and postmodern literature in the form of postsecularity. The author also deals with the general problem of the postsecular/postpostsecular, but mainly with the sacral features of the Russian cultural and literary development characterized by the conception of prae-post effect/paradox (the unfinished imitation of Western models which leads to new revelations) and by the unfinished secularization the consequence of which is the permanent presence of sacral elements. |
