| Description | The theoretical basis of this text is focused on the interdisciplinary reflection of autobiography in art. The author's intention is to reflect to some extent and expand the theoretical area of this topic with practical artistic tasks and experiments. The implementation of the art projects described in the chapter took place in the environment of an art course for children of elementary school age and also in the conditions of art education at school, where the target group were mainly girls aged 15–18. The subject area of the autobiography is viewed with an emphasis on personal experience, sensory and spiritual experience, on creative forms of self-expression and the search for one's own boundary of identity. Part of the text „the theme of the strange“ addresses changes in the perception of human identity under the influence of new media. The author questions the extent to which artistic expression is the result of participation between the student and either the virtual world or an art teacher. The conclusion of the chapter summarizes the main topic that permeates the entire book - it is the topic of the relationship between the currently existing forms of participation realized in physical worlds and participation realized through virtual worlds. |
