| Description | Each branch of law views the case in different ways, and therefore there is no room for doubt as to the fact that the term “case” (res) is defined differently, for example, in civil law and otherwise in criminal law. It goes without saying that the sets of concepts intersect in some respects, but in others the different branches of law do not agree. |
