| Description | The strategy document serves cities and municipalities for their own comprehensive self-assessment and subsequent strategy setting for their future development by proposing appropriate priorities and related measures. The document contains an analytical part that assesses all key aspects and aspects of the functioning of the entity, on the basis of which the next part - the synthesis - identifies, using the SWOT method, the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the entity and its functioning. The design part sets out a comprehensive set of measures structured according to the relevant thematic areas or programmes. The individual programmes represent areas in the strategic document that, with the help of specific objectives and measures, as well as measurable indicators, help the entity to implement the strategy, follow it and monitor its implementation. |
