Description | Intergenerational learning (IGL) between teachers is an important tool to promote both continuity of good practice and innovation in schools. However, not all schools are exploiting this potential. The paper therefore first defines a typology of MGU and discusses the way in which different types of MGU appear in schools with different characteristics. Moreover, author shows how school leadership can contribute to the implementation of each type of MGU. |
