| Description | The logbook of nursing practice is a mandatory document by which students prove their participation in clinical practice and records of implemented professional services set by the Educational Program of Specialized Education in the field of General Nurse – Intensive Care. Students use the Nursing Practice Logbook throughout the study of the follow-up Master's program in Intensive Care (from the first to the fourth semester). The content of the Logbook contains instructions for completing clinical practices, the scope of their conduct, the content and the required target knowledge and skills. In the next part, in tabular overviews, students confirm their participation in clinical practices and the implementation of prescribed professional services. The Logbook includes an evaluation of the practice and appendices related to the professional activities carried out by the general nurse in intensive care. Students must use the Logbook of Nursing Practice published at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University, as it is prepared in symbiosis with accreditation materials, the latest educational program and the course of study in individual semesters. |
