| Description | The paper deals with the institute of job-sharing, which is to serve to better reconcile work and family life ("work-life balance"), especially in the conditions of regional educa-tion. The paper draws attention to the specifics of the performance of pedagogical work-ers, special legislation affecting their labour relations and in this context examines the applicability of job-sharing in the conditions of regional education, especially for pedagog-ical workers. |
