Description | There is no doubt that the pandemic had a major impact on the area of contractual obligations, and the issue of supplier-customer relations between entrepreneurs is most often discussed. However, entrepreneurs are much more prepared to respond in a legally relevant way, while consumers in the most common and frequented legal relationships often do not make any adjustments to the contractual documentation and become interested in the legal solution to the problem only after it occurs. For this reason, there is much more room for activation of legal rules or unwritten basic principles of civil law. The aim of this article is to offer a different view of the issue of fulfilling contractual obligations, where the bride or groom is a party to the obligation and to provide a practical solution to specific problems under current Czech law. The article will also include a comparison with foreign conclusions. |
