| Description | The contribution dealt with the current situation in the administrative justice in the Czech Republic, its causes and possible solutions of its problems. The author highlighted among others the small number of administrative judges, the uneven distribution of cases among courts and inadequate concept of cassational complaint to Supreme Administrative Court. The solution demands a complex change of Judicial Administrative Procedural Code. |
