Description Wiretapping. When the word “wiretapping” is said, most of us first think of wiretapping equipment in the apartment, espionage equipment, or other technical devices located inside buildings. However, in the concept of criminal procedural law, our ideas about the institution of wiretapping must be considered odd, as the concept of wiretapping defined in the Criminal Procedure Code differs considerably. The article loosely follows the article “There is no wiretapping as wiretapping” , which deals with the differences and similarities between classical wiretaps and spatial wiretaps.
