| Description | Wiretapping is an effective means of detecting or clarifying the criminal activity of criminals. However, do we have a chance to find out about the wiretapping? Is it the duty of the law enforcement authorities to inform the wiretapped persons of the fact that they have been wiretapped? However, for what reasons does the person eavesdropped by spatial wiretapping not learn about the surveillance? Does the Czech legal system contain an effective means by which authorized and obligated persons who are obliged to send information about wiretapping to users of telecommunications traffic could be checked? |
