| Description | In this publication, we provide an overview of steps that may help to create a successful cooperation between various actors who are interested in implementing measures that support sustainable management in the landscape. These actors typically include farmers, mayors, non-governmental non-profit organizations, nature conservationists, active local citizens and other groups. This methodology buids on previous experiences with similar initiatives, which have been operating in e.g. Germany for over 30 years. This publication is intended for everyone who wants to support or establish cooperation for sustainable management in the countryside. It also offers a source of information for those interested in the social dimensions of adaptation to climate change in agriculture, the resolution of environmental disputes and the understanding of actors who influence the landscape. |
