| Description | Tašovice 1 represents a type of site which is located in a prominent granite elevation, the site of Tašovice 2 is situated just above the surface of the Ohře River. A total of 4681 pieces of chipped stone industry represents a mixture of Late Palaeolithic and Mesolithic components. The used raw materials showed a wide spectrum of local and imported rocks (erratic, flints, Bavarian cherts). |
