Description | A new signaling pathway in the multiregulation of iodothyronine deiodinases in astroglial cells was proved. It included participation of endogenous purines (ATP, ADP, AMP, and adenosine), some subtypes of P2 purinoceptors and A2A adenosine receptor, and ectonucleotidases metabolizing in situ extracellular ATP and ADP to AMP and adenosine. |
