Description | A mode of non-destructive simultaneous determination of Br and I concentrations, using the method of reactor INAA in the regime of short-term activation, in the rat thyroid and in the speciation of fractions separated from this organ, is described. The contents of 0.1 micro g Br and from 0.4 to 10 micro g I were determined in samples of the thyroid gland of 5 mg dry weight. |
