Description | In this paper, we present results obtained during the project, which focuses on the application of 3D printing in primary and secondary schools. Our primary aim is to evaluate the pedagogical impact of lessons adopting 3D printing. We present four published lessons designed according to our concept of creating multidisciplinary teaching aids that connect the technical part with other educational areas. Furthermore, to evaluate their impact, we conducted a questionnaire survey in four reference schools. We asked 190 students about the acceptability of existing 3D materials for teaching and our new lessons. The results show, among other things, a high degree of attractiveness for the target group. The research also included an experimental verification of the pedagogical impact of using 3D models in the classroom. Usage of the 3D teaching aids mainly resulted in a significantly improved visual-spatial perception of objects. |
