| Description | Series of trifluormethylcinnamic acid carboxanilides substituted in ortho position with Cl, F and CF3 was synthesized. Log k, log D and log P values were determined using RP-HPLC. Experimentally obtained values were compared with values predicted using programs with various computing algorithms. |
