| Description | The research activities of the RECETOX Centre are supported by state-of-the-art research infrastructure, which is partially centralised in separate units, the so-called core facilities.?The research infrastructure operates on the principle of "open access", providing its capacity to internal and external users from both academia and industry.?Our Central Laboratories also include a core facility, the Microbiome Analysis Laboratory, where we analyse the microbiome of human, animal and environmental samples using modern next-generation sequencing methods. In addition to actual sample analysis, we offer assistance with metagenomic study design, sequencing data evaluation and data interpretation, in collaboration with the Data Services core facilities. |
