Description | The study is dedicated to taking into account the individual needs of children through a rich educational offer. Priority is given to partially controlled activities, which together with the controlled activities form a functionally connected integrated unit. An example of inspiring practice focuses on the diversity and quality of educational strategies and effective communication that support children's cognitive and socio-emotional development. It captures the individualized personality development of children through consistent and systematic fulfillment of the goals of the school education program based on Health Support in Kindergarten. It reveals the ability of kindergarten teachers to differentiate the educational offer in terms of children's dispositions and their age. The attachment contains a sample of the self-evaluation form that they created in this kindergarten, which helps teachers analyze the quality of their professional skills and move them to a higher level. |
