| Description | The monography Profesní obraz školního speciálního pedagoga was published in 2020 by the Palacký University Publishing House in Olomouc. In it, the authors touch upon the very up-to-date topic of inclusive education, which plays a key role in providing equal opportunities for every individual, both in the educational and professional spheres. The aim of the publication and related research was to map the profession of the school special educator and to gain insight into his/her life in school. Another equally important aim was to find out how school special educators perceive their position in relation to other professions, their place in society and how they cope with the stresses that this demanding profession places on them. In their professional work, both authors deal, among other things, with the issue of school counselling and in writing they have made use of their previous knowledge and experience. |
