| Description | The solution relates to a method of preparing 2,3-dicarboxypolysaccharides with controllable molecular weight, optionally modified with biologically active ligands, usable as carriers of antitumor drugs. These are antitumor drugs based on transition metals, especially bidentately bound platinum compounds of the type R2PtIIX2, R2PtIVX2L2, ruthenium complexes of the type [Ru(arene)Lx(PTA)y], or monodentately bound substances of the type [R3PtIIX]Y. |
