| Description | The article discusses the question whether the holder of land - for the purpose of acquiring ownership of the land - counts the period of possession of his legal predecessor, who has already acquired the ownership of the land. The authors of the article exclude such a possibility. They base their opinion on the interpretation of relevant legal regulations, analysis of the Supreme Court case law and other arguments supporting the correctness of the conclusion. |
