| Description | The first part of the manual offers a basic insight into the Czech copyright law in general context. In the second part, the legal aspects of the online distribution, presentation and monetization of musical objects of protection are described in basic terms. Its overall purpose is to present to the legal layman in a comprehensible way what basic legal issues they have to deal with when distributing, presenting and monetizing music online on the relevant services. |
