| Description | The paper deals with the institute of job-sharing, which is to serve to better reconcile work and family life (“work-life balance”), especially in the conditions of regional education. The paper draws attention to the specifics of the performance of pedagogical workers, special legislation affecting their labour relations and in this context examines the applicability of job-sharing in the conditions of regional education, especially for pedagogical workers. |
