| Description | The paper will focus on the institution of job sharing introduced into the Czech Labor Code on 1 January 2021. The paper will offer a comparison of job-sharing with shorter working time and reflections on how these two institutes differ from each other and how they coincide. The article will also consider whether the introduction of job sharing is actually capable of helping to work-life balance and whether this instrument is not redundant. |
