Description | The Foundation's purpose is its necessary requirement. In addition to the foundation's purpose, the founder may also define in the foundation's charter or statute the investment strategy to be adopted by the foundation in managing its assets. However, if the investment strategy is limited exclusively to investments in a particular sector or even to investments in a particular company, can the investment itself be part of the foundation's purpose? What consequences this then entails, I have addressed in the contribution in question. |
