Description | The text discusses the role of Rutebeuf's Dit de l'Herberie in the history of French comedy and its influence in Czech literature. The French analyzed texts and also those written at the time of the Czech Middle Ages wanted to make people laugh; it must be emphasized that, in the face of illness, laughter is one of the primordial human conditions for living and surviving and helping to turn pathology into its grotesque representation. |
