Description Muscle relaxants are the most common cause of allergic reactions during the perioperative period. This reaction could be potentially life-threatening because of the intravenous route of administration of the drugs used for general anesthesia. We describe a case of rocuronium-induced anaphylactic shock in a 26-years-old woman with suspected extrauterine pregnancy successfully treated with sugammadex.
