| Description | EudraCT Number: 2013-002766-39Ž SIOP Ependymoma II - An International Clinical Program for the diagnosis and treatment of children, adolescents and young adults with Ependymoma. Newly diagnosed with an intracranial or spinal ependymoma (all WHO grades) including ependymoma variants: cellular, papillary, myxopapillary, clear-cell and tanycytic) or anaplastic ependymoma. Submission of the Annual Report on the course of the clinical trial of SIOP Ependymoma II for the period from 14 October 2021 to 14 October 2022. SIOP Ependymoma II is an international clinical program for the diagnosis and treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults with ependymoma. SÚKL granted a permit for the clinical trial on 23 February 2017. The clinical trial is taking place in the Czech Republic at The University Hospital Brno (10 included patients so far) and at the Motol University Hospital in Prague (4 patients included so far). The new version of the protocol for clinical trials (version 3.1.) was approved by SÚKL on 1 October 2020. |
