| Description | The study deals with a bronze vessel, which is now part of the furnishings of the Mnichovo Hradiště State Castle. Its artefactual and iconographic analysis, elemental composition of the alloy and newly discovered archival sources should together reveal whether it is a modern forgery or the result of a specific method of Neapolitan restoration practice in the 19th century. |
