| Description | The chapter deals with protective measures in the Czech Republic, the principles that affect them and the conditions for imposing them and differences them from punishments. In this chapter, we want to evaluate whether the conditions for the imposition of protective measures in the Czech Republic are optimally set, especially between protective treatment and protective detention, as well as in relation to punishments, critically evaluate the legislation and the jurisprudence of the courts and, if necessary, propose possible solutions lege ferenda. |
