| Description | An interdisciplinary research of remains of Gregor Johann Mendel and other monks buried in grave of order St. Augustin at Central cemetery in Brno is carried out at Masaryk University. The research is carried out in the occasion of 200th anniversary of birth of Gregor Mendel. Aim of the research is a complex survey of skeletal remains of Gregor Mendel and other members of St. Augustine order buried in common grave. Main focus is concentrated on skeletal remains of Gregor Mendel and on obtaining of his genetical information. |
