| Description | The aim of the paper is to evaluate the impact of the current state of digitalization on the exercise of parental rights in institutional care, what positive benefits it brings and what risks it entails. Attention is focused mainly on individual legal actions that parents do using modern technologies in relation to their children in institutions, but also on the specifics of digitization in children’s communication with the world outside the facility. An integral part is also the de lege ferenda solution, which would at least partially eliminate the risks that arise as a result of the new challenges posed by digitization. |
