| Description | The article analyses the existing experience with the legal regulation of the civil service, analyzes national and international sources that evaluated the Czech legislation. It arrives at relevant findings of the shortcomings of the existing concept and outlines possible de lege ferenda solutions that should lead to the modernization of the Czech civil service. |
