Description The lecture was devoted to three basic thematic areas. Firstly, the context of the difference between the concept of the constitution and the modern constitution was analysed, which was illustrated by examples from the world and Czech legal history, then the constitutional development of the nineteenth century was analysed in detail, focusing on events in Bohemia and Moravia. Finally, attention was paid to the influence of the developments between 1848 and 1867 on later conceptions of constitutionalism and Czech legal development.
