Description | Scientific research produces increasingly large amounts of experimental data that can be challenging to manage, store, and share. To address these challenges, we developed software that automates acquiring, management, and sharing of data produced by specialized devices. Our software is built on top of Onedata –? a data management solution used by the established EGI DataHub service, providing a reliable and scalable platform for managing large datasets and seamless integration with other processing and data management systems. One of the key features is its ability to automatically make experimental data available to the scientific community in a predefined and accessible way, particularly useful for on-the-fly processing in local or distant data centers, real-time analysis, or archiving to permanent storage according to defined quality of service (e.g., data distribution). |
