Description | Long gone are the days when our pubs used to serve only light, dark and occasionally some stronger, bottom-fermented special beer. Gone are also the days when bottled beer was only bought in regular shops. The beer world has completely changed and has become attractive to a much wider range of consumers. Some large breweries have disappeared, but a number of microbreweries have opened their doors, producing a wide range of beer flavours. What has the last 35 years brought to the Czech brewing industry? A lecture by Libor Zajíc and Jana Piškulová at Meltingpot as part of Colours of Ostrava 2023. |
