| Description | This study examines the borrowing of three paradigms containing crowd in French, Polish and Czech. Paradigms associated with crowdpleaser, crowdsurfing and crowdsourcing / crowdfunding are analysed. The results show that many other compounds are also used in association with these three paradigms, although the vast majority have very low frequencies. The degree of assimilation of these paradigms is high in terms of morphology but low in terms of lexical creativity. |
