The reader gets an overview of how the provisions of the new Building Act correspond to the provisions of the 2006 Building Act. For each provision of the new Building Act, the reader will find the cited provision (or part of it or several corresponding provisions) of the existing Building Act. Two indexes of the provisions supplement the publication. The first one compares the sections under the new Building Act, and the second one compares them with the provisions of the 2006 Building Act. |
