Description | Student self-assessment is a part of teaching that is often neglected by teachers in Czech elementary schools. One reason for this could be that prospective teachers are not prepared to develop self-assessments. This paper presents the results of a survey of student teachers of German as a foreign language (N = 12) that focused on their perceptions of student self-assessment and formulates possible implications for teacher education that might assist future teachers in developing student self-assessment. |
