| Description | The presentation highlights the changes in the structure of DMOs and the changes in the internal processes of DMO that were initiated by corona-crisis. There is a proof that destination management had changed, not only the processes of management themselves (e.g. principle 3C and decision-making process), but human resource management as well and the necessity of digitalisation that stimulates the efficiency of destination management process. |
