| Description | Legislation aimed at children who commit illegal acts, especially acts otherwise criminal, is constantly evolving in the Czech Republic. At the moment, a large-scale amendment of the Juvenile Justice Act is on the way. This contribution is devoted to justifying the need for an amendment in general, where it discusses certain elements of the proposed amendment and at the same time also presents the Norwegian approach to this issue, which can be and should be another inspiration for legislators. |
