| Description | The paper concerns a decision of the Czech Constitutional Court, which established a categorisation of legal proceedigs based on their impact on the best interest of the child. The aim of the paper is to critically analyse the categorisation and its doctrinal foundation and to determine its practical impact on following case-law based on an analysis of a sample of judicial decisions. |
